Andrea Byrne established The Confidence Creative to help others get satisfaction, not stress, from presenting. Andrea has presented on TV, on radio and on her own podcast. She is an established face of ITV news and a BBC radio presenter and has been recognised by The Royal Television Society, BAFTA Cymru and The British Journalism Awards for her work.
Andrea also presents at countless events in front of huge live audiences – from delivering conferences and keynote speeches, to hosting debates and conferences.
Having talked openly about her personal struggles with infertility on her podcast and in her latest book, she recognises that what life throws at us can so often get in the way of growing our confidence and might even try to destroy it.
Using her experience on stage and screen, Andrea wants to spread the word that confidence is a trick we can all learn.

She is a Non-Executive Director for Hockey Wales and an Ambassador for Fertility Network UK, the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme and the charity Believe Organ Donor Support.
Andrea believes in the power of communicating with impact and influence to elevate and empower. She works with individuals, businesses and under-represented groups to rediscover and grow confidence.
